What the product is

shamCRM is a SaaS CRM for sales teams that close deals in messengers, not in email. Channel integrations are included in the plan. AI agents reply in those same chats, review call recordings, and write first to an old database. There is an online store and a Telegram mini app on one catalog, payments via Payme, Click, and Alif, and sync with 1C. Each company has its own database and file storage.
