Online sales: a site and a Telegram store inside the CRM
One catalog, two storefronts: a site on your domain and a store in Telegram that opens from a button in the bot. An order becomes a funnel lead immediately — with items, amount, address, and an assigned manager.
You maintain products, prices, and stock once. Customers choose where it is easier to buy.
Telegram mini app
A store that opens right inside Telegram
The customer opens your bot, taps a button, and lands in the catalog. No app to install and no sign-up — they enter with their Telegram account.
Catalog, product cards, search, and cart inside Telegram
Checkout in a few taps, with no logins to type
Order-status updates arrive in the same chat
B2B mode: the customer confirms a phone number and sees their prices

Store on the site
A storefront on your domain, branded as yours
The same catalog is served as a regular online store: categories, product cards, cart, and online payment. It runs on your domain or on a shamcrm.com subdomain.
Logo, favicon, and colors — yours
Meta tags, sitemap, and robots for search engines
Sign-in by phone number, Google, or Telegram

An order does not end as an order
With a standalone store builder, orders live in one system and customers and chats live in another. Here the storefront and sales share one database.
1
The order lands in the funnel
Cart contents, amount, address, and payment method are visible on the lead right away. The source is visible too: Telegram or the site.
2
The lead gets an owner
Manager, status, tasks, and deadlines — same as any other deal. An order cannot sit unnoticed.
3
Questions from the store go into the shared inbox
The buyer writes from the storefront, and the thread appears next to WhatsApp, Instagram, and Telegram. A manager or an AI agent can reply.
4
The customer learns the status on their own
Change the order status — a message goes to the buyer in Telegram automatically, with your text.
5
History stays with the customer
What they bought, for how much, and when — on the customer card. Campaigns and repeat sales are built from that history.
Nothing to move by hand or reconcile twice a day.
Launch takes a day, not a month
You do not need a developer, a designer, or hosting: the storefront is already built. You fill it and brand it.
1
Turn on the module
On higher plans the mini app is already in the subscription. On the others the storefront attaches as a separate add-on.
2
Fill the catalog
Categories, photos, attributes, and prices. Products can be added by hand, loaded from an Excel template, or pulled from 1C.
3
Set up payment and delivery
Payme, Click, Alif, or cash on delivery. Pickup from a branch, or delivery to an address with a fee and a free-shipping threshold.
4
Publish the storefront
Connect a Telegram bot and a domain, upload a logo and banners — the store is open for orders.
What the storefront includes
All of this is already in the module — nothing extra to build or buy.
Catalog and categories
Unlimited categories and subcategories, several photos per product, catalog search, banners, and featured collections on the home page.
Attributes and variants
Color, size, volume — any properties. Each variant has its own price, barcode, and stock.
Customer-specific prices
Several price types: retail, wholesale, dealer. After a phone check, a wholesaler sees their own price list.
Discounts and bonuses
A percent discount on selected products and for a specific period. The buyer’s bonus balance is applied at checkout.
Online payment
Payme, Click, and Alif, plus cash on delivery. A payment link is created automatically, and the payment status is visible on the order.
Delivery and pickup
Address on a map, delivery fee, free shipping from an amount, pickup from a branch. Shipping via Fargo with a waybill and tracking.
Stock and warehouses
Stock by warehouse and branch comes from inventory; availability is visible in the catalog. Pickup is from the right branch.
Orders and statuses
Your own statuses for your process, an order kanban, change history, and Excel export.
Chat with the buyer
A question from the store arrives in the CRM as a regular conversation — in one inbox with messengers. A manager or an AI agent replies.
Import and sync with 1C
Product upload and download via an Excel template, plus item and price exchange with your 1C database.
Domain, brand, and SEO
Your domain, logo, favicon, and colors. Meta tags, sitemap, and robots are configured from the CRM.
Sales analytics
Orders and revenue by month, average order value, top 10 products, and a split by storefront — how much Telegram and the site brought in.
Accept payment online
Connected under your contract with the payment service. Cash on delivery works with no integration.
What it would cost to build the same thing separately
Typical prices for custom store and bot development in Central Asia. Timeline — from a month, and that is still without a CRM.

Who the storefront covers as the main scenario
The store is set up for the type of business: retail, food orders, or a wholesale portal for counterparties.
Retail and online store
A catalog with variants and stock, online payment, courier delivery or pickup. The customer places the order themselves; the manager only confirms.
The storefront is part of the plan, not a separate product
The store and mini app attach to any plan and live in one subscription with the CRM, messengers, inventory, and AI agents. There is no separate invoice for a store builder.
The mini app is already included in Premium and VIP. On other plans the store and mini app attach as an add-on to the subscription — amounts are on the pricing page. There is no separate invoice for a “store builder.”
Do I need my own domain and hosting?
No. The storefront opens right away on a shamcrm.com subdomain, and you can attach your own domain later — hosting and updates are on us.
How does a customer get into the Telegram store?
They open your bot and tap the menu button — the catalog opens right in Telegram. No app to install, no sign-up, no passwords: they enter with their Telegram account.
Can I accept payment online?
Yes: Payme, Click, and Alif. A payment link is created at checkout, and the payment status is visible on the order. Connection is under your contract with the payment service. Cash on delivery works immediately, with no integration.
Will I have to re-enter products?
No. There is Excel upload via a template and sync with 1C — items, prices, and stock are pulled from your database.
Do store orders land in the funnel?
Yes, and that is the main difference from a standalone store. An order creates a lead with cart contents, amount, address, and source; a manager is assigned; and purchase history stays on the customer card for repeat sales.
Will it work for wholesale?
Yes. In B2B mode the customer confirms a phone number and then sees the price type assigned to them. The catalog, discounts, and stock are shared with the retail storefront.
