CRM with YouTube integration

Comments under company videos become leads. Replies go back to YouTube from the CRM — no copying into Studio.

Included in the plan
  • A comment creates a customer card
  • Replies go from the CRM to the channel
  • Comments from every video land in one list

How it looks

A comment under the video becomes a lead

The customer writes on YouTube. A card appears in the CRM. The manager’s reply is published under the same comment.

What gets in the way of selling through YouTube

This is what the channel looks like while it lives outside your sales system.

Comments live outside sales

People write under a video, and the manager only sees it in YouTube Studio.

There is no customer card

The commenter never becomes a lead, so a returning person is a stranger.

Replies are late

By the time marketing notices the comment, interest has gone cold.

It is unclear who to answer

Price questions, spam and thanks sit in one Studio feed. Sales sees them last.

Channel access is shared

People pass around a Google password instead of company OAuth.

History does not stay

If a manager leaves, the thread under the video stays only on YouTube.

How shamCRM solves it

Once connected, YouTube stops being a separate app and works as part of the sales team.

Comment → lead

The comment author lands in the funnel. The comment text is stored on the card.

Reply from the CRM

The manager replies in shamCRM. The reply is published under the YouTube comment.

Every video on the channel

Comments from different videos arrive in one list. You do not open each video in Studio.

OAuth, no password

The channel owner signs in with Google and can revoke access at any time. Tokens are deleted.

What you get inside the CRM

Comments as leads

Each commenter gets a funnel card, the same way Instagram comments do.

Reply on the channel

The public reply goes through the YouTube Data API, without copying text into Studio.

History on the card

The comment and the reply stay with the customer. A new manager sees what was already said.

Revoke access

Disconnect revokes the Google token and deletes it in shamCRM.

What the company gets — not just the manager

One inbox for social

YouTube sits next to Instagram, WhatsApp and Telegram instead of a separate tab.

History stays with the company

The lead and the comment stay in the CRM even if the employee changes.

Comments only

We read the channel and reply to comments. We do not need the viewer feed.

Privacy policy

What we store and how to delete it is described on /privacy.

Common questions about YouTube

Which permissions does shamCRM ask for?

youtube.readonly — channel, videos and comments. youtube.force-ssl — replies under a comment.

Can I disconnect the channel?

Yes. Disconnect revokes access at Google and deletes tokens from shamCRM immediately.

Do comments from older videos come in too?

Yes. The integration pulls comments from the channel’s videos and creates leads. A reply from the CRM is published under the same YouTube comment.

Do you need the Google password?

No. The channel owner signs in with OAuth. The password is not stored in the CRM.

How much does the integration cost?

The integration is included in the plan. There is no separate YouTube fee.

A few words about YouTube and CRM

For a company, YouTube is ads and live demand: people ask the price in comments, compare videos, and leave a contact. While that stays in Studio, sales never sees the lead.

shamCRM turns the comment into a funnel card and lets the team reply from the same place. Connection uses Google OAuth: we do not store the password, and access can be revoked in one click.
