AzimDecore

Archa

Development and construction

shamCRM lets us work systematically and on time with potential customers across the company’s main projects: Archa, Silkcoat, Temurmalik residential complex, and Archa Kids kindergarten. All inquiries and projects live in one system, which helps us not lose potential customers and control every stage of communication.

Sugdian Cargo Dubai

Logistics and cargo

With shamCRM we were able to systematize our work with customers and control every deal in one place. It is especially convenient that when a deal status changes, the customer automatically receives an SMS with up-to-date information about their cargo. That reduced the number of calls from customers and made our managers’ work simpler.

Somonleads

Marketing Agency

Before, we had to keep track of some leads and conversations manually, so it wasn’t always easy to see where each client was in the process. After switching to shamCRM, things became much more convenient — all our leads are in one place, and managers know who they need to contact and what needs to be done next. It has made our day-to-day work with clients much easier.
