President Business Gift is a Tashkent company that makes premium gifts for executives: watches, leather, VIP sets, engraving, business accessories. When that kind of business grows, reputation is not enough. Sales need the same order as the storefront.
In the interview the team talks about what they do, where it hurt, and why they started looking for a CRM. You cannot keep deals in chats and spreadsheets if the client expects the same service as the gift they take home.
